The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Wa East constituency, Dr. Godfred Seidu Jasaw has supported the Torsa Community by providing them with cement and a cash donation of Ghc1000 to help construct a toilet facility for the community CHPS compound.
The gesture is in response to an appeal made to the MP by the community during one of his “Touching Base Tour” of the constituency to support them in their bid to have a toilet facility at the CHPS compound.
The community members expressed their gratitude for the MP’s swift support, stating that it will greatly benefit the residents of Torsa and improve the overall well-being of the community.
They also thanked Dr. Jasaw for his continuous dedication to the development of the Wa East constituency.
