The Frafras and Dagaabas are at each others “throats” again with their sworn victim the 🐕 which they prefer to christin the “animal”, it also doubles as the ultimate trophy.
This time round the arena is rumored to be in Jirapa where the two ethnic “warriors” will “battle” for the bragging rights in disciplines such as; tug of peace, egg and spoon race, 50 meter dash, indoor games among other amusements.
In case you just pitched in, the Frafras and Dagaabas native to the Upper East and West Regions respectively, have been friendly “rivals” for as long as anyone cares to remember, this arrangement has promoted and maintained peaceful peaceful coexistence and promotion of development between the two tribes.
This particular event is designed to promote, apart from peace, cross-cultural experienced, health promotion, networking and ultimately who “steals” the 🐕 animal from the winner.
