Hon, Bede Ziedeng MP for Lawra Constituency, has put smiles on the face of one of his constituents, Madam Jennifer Kuncheyeri, from Domwin by writing to the authorities of the Upper West Regional Hospital to release her from detention after she had failed to settle her bills while he takes steps to foot the entire medical bill.

Madam Kuncheyeri was treated at the Upper West Regional Hospital and discharged but since been detained by the hospital authorities for four months over her failure to settle her medical bills amounting to over Seven Thousand Cedis.

The MP’s attention was drawn to the predicament of this young woman via social media where an appeal for funds from benevolent individuals and corporate organizations for the settlement of the medical bills was launched.

The MP upon seeing the post immediately came in to salvage the situation so the young woman could be released from the hospital.

The health of his constituents has always been of utmost concern to the MP.

It’s on record that Hon, Bede A. Ziedeng has offered similar support to some of his constituents who could not afford to foot their medical bills and had to appeal to him for financial support.

Apart from settling medical bills of his constituents, he has made donations of transportation such as motorcycles and drugs and vaccines among other things to various health facilities across the constituency.
