After an impeccable tour of being municipal manager of the Jirapa Municipal Health Insurance Scheme, DERY Francis Xavier has been given a higher elevation at the Upper West regional office as a deputy director.

He is replaced by Thomas Yerku who is expected to continue with the track record he has set aside.

Under Dery’s watch the Jirapa Scheme is one of the best performing schemes in Ghana supported by his team and is expected to resonate his wealth of knowledge as an accountants expert, a trained teacher and an administrator in his new role.

In a short but impressive ceremony, Regional Director, Rashid Tindogo and Human Resource manager along side with other staff of the Jirapa Scheme were full of praise to DERY whilst wishing him well in his new office.

He is expected to play a cardinal role in improving on health care delivery in the Upper West region.
